Waking up with no hot water and no plumber to call is not exactly the best thing to wake up to. After searching the web I can across your website. I dialled the number shown on the site and was told by one of your team members that an emergency plumbing team would be sent to my house in Camps Bay. Within the hour a team had arrived and had all the necessary parts to ensure that on my return from work I would have hot water to my geyser and would be able to treat myself to a nice hot shower.

Firstly, let me begin at the website, you were the first web address I visited, in a panic a dialled the number shown, worried that no body would answer as most plumber do after hours, I was greeted by a very friendly Cheryl, who assured me that a plumber would be dispatched to my home in Cape Town by the name of Darren within the hour, again I was sceptic as a plumber never comes to your problem within an hour, in Cape Town this is unheard of.

On arrival, within the hour, as promised by Cheryl, arrived Darren with his plumbing tools and a smile on his face. I showed Darren the problems that needed to be addressed. He assured me to relax as the job is in his capable hands and that everything would be attended to the same day. Before I knew it all the problems were addressed and I was given useful tips on how to avoid future damage and how to reduce day to day wear, from a very knowledgeable and confident Darren.

Today I am proud to say that all the plumbing problems Darren addressed is still in working order, and would definitely recommend your expert plumbing service to anyone looking for a tradesman who is on time and extremely professional.
